Explore aja okular. Butuh library kde, dan gak rukun sama Debian Lenny, tapi masih tetap bisa nyala, tentu.

Drupal on Debian & Ubuntu

Installing Drupal on Debian and Ubuntu is as easy as doing

$ sudo apt-get install drupal5

5? yes. For many cases, I think we should be away from the latest thing as Debian users may opt.
Then? do

$ less /usr/share/doc/drupal5/README.Debian.gz

There mentioned we do

$ dpkg-reconfigure drupal5

and open a web browser, then a bit away from the manual, point to http://localhost/drupal5/install.php. Rest you can create first account that is an admin and fill in the email address such as admin@localhost. On next step, you'll be prompted a password and new password of your will.

Those steps should apply for wordpress and many other CMS under Debian & Ubuntu.

ada link bagus soal pdf editor disini.
Ada 4 yang disinggung:

1. pdfedit
2. scribus
3. flpsed
4. Gimp

Yang ketiga menarik karena simpel, hanya untuk urusan input teks (buat ngisi form), dan cepat.
Lainnya lebih berat meskipun kaya fitur.
Untuk instalasi ya tinggal
sudo apt-get install flpsed
Sudah ada di Debian Lenny.

But I don't think the steps are necessary when using openoffice.org (draw):

1. Just create a page of 5"x5" as mentioned for the printable area
2. Insert your (jpeg) image accordingly
3. File > Print > Properties
4. Change paper size and paper tray to be with CD/DVD
5. Give a try and correct

There are some openoffice template around but I suppose to try your own. It's not that complicated, though.

Mengganti footer

Ini adalah yang ada di default Joomla (maaf kalau keliru, krn ini Joomla lama):







Untuk tahu persisnya, paling mudah coba2 di beberapa theme atau instalasi Joomla.

URL icon

First things first, mengganti URL icon biar gak keliatan kalau CMSnya Joomla plus menegaskan identitas website.

1. Buat image dengan ukuran 16x16 pixel
2. Simpan sebagai favicon.ico
3. Replace file favicon.ico yg ada di folder administrator dan di folder templates. Gunakan (lokal) file search kalau bingung.

Jangan lupa ctr+R untuk merefresh tampilan website kalau pas dibuka, gambarnya belum berganti.

Jigdo download

Ketika menggunakan jigdo untuk mendownload CD/DVD iso image, di ujung proses kadang muncul masalah:

Aaargh - 2 files could not be downloaded. This should not
happen! Depending on the problem, it may help to retry downloading
the missing files.

Saran dari jigdo adalah melakukan rsync. Dengan logika sama, kita bisa menggunakan cara tradisional dengan logika tersebut:
1. Download file yang missing, dan tambahkan ke image lewat mount -o loop
2. Kalau missing file tidak terlalu penting (case iso DVD 5.0.4_1.0.7-3.1_i386.deb adalah python-xapian dan apt-xapian-index_0.16_all.deb dan tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap proses instalasi), ignore aja file ini. Caranya, buang akhiran .tmp di debian-504-i386-DVD-1.iso.tmp dengan cara rename file. Kalau pengen yakin, gunakan qemu untuk ngetes. Kalau ok, burn di DVD.
